Titanfall has officially landed on the Xbox 360.
The new highy anticipated game by EA and Respawn entertainment has been out on Xbox One since 14th March, and although there were a few bugs in the system, it seems they've been all patched up.
Produced by Respawn Entertainment, which is a company including key members of the team that brought you the Call of Duty titles, this is a fast paced, futuristic, first person, free-running, parkour shooter set in a brand new universe that really keeps players on thier toes. Titanfall is set in the future, where a "Titan War" has been ravaging a distant frontier, fought by two factions, the Interstellar Manufacturing Corperation (IMC) and the Militia.
Gameplay of Titanfall is different to current games of its type by the fact that it is all on Xbox Live multiplayer- that's right, to play this game you will HAVE to have Xbox Live Gold Membership to be able to enjoy it.
The online modes currently vary between five different game modes. These are as follows.
Thankfully, for those of us who cant make a decision about what game to play, there is also the Variety Playlist, which puts you in random lobbys containing all the various game modes and all the maps.

- Attrition - Basically, your standered Team Deathmatch. The aim is simple enough- defeat the enemy team, and stop them retreating by however you see fit.
- Last Titan Standing - Everyone starts off in a Titan. Defeat them, kill the pilots.
- Hardpoint - Otherwise known as Domination, the aim is to capture and hold 3 objective locations on the map whilst killing your enemy.
- Capture The Flag - Capture the Enemy flag and return it to your own base to score points. The Team with the highest points, wins.
- Pilot Hunter - Hunt down and kill the enemy team's Titan pilots.

Titanfall is a really fun game to play. After the first few rounds you can really start getting into it by creating your own loadouts for your Pilot and your Titan. By the time you get to this point you will know which kind of Titan you are most comfortable playing as. As for moving around the map, you will need to keep your eyes peeled for players running, jumping, camping, free-running, walljumping, and perhaps most dangerous- on the back of other player controlled Titans.
What I really think about Titanfall
To put it simply- Titanfall is amazing. I love the action of it, I love the fact its an original game, and there something that really makes me happy whenever I hear 'Standby for Titanfall', followed by that unique sound of your Titan dropping from the sky. As a pilot, its not a far stretch to believe its been created with some of the same people who made Call of Duty, but at the same time its so different and engaging. I am going to be spending alot of time on this game and I hope you all check this game out. And for those who do and enjoy it as much as me- Yes there will be DLC, and there is also a Season Pass, available from outlets and on the Xbox Live Marketplace for £19.99.
