The new Xbox will cost around £326, with a cheaper version costing £195 with a subscription. It shall also be released "early November", as Microsoft analyst Paul Thurrot has confirmed.
Alot of reports and sources are saying that the new xbox will have a terrabyte version (1,000 GB) and a half terrabyte version (500 GB).
There has still been no denial or confirmation on the rumored "always on, always connected" feature meaning that to actually play a game you would have to be connected to the internet. Of course, if Microsoft did decide to go with this, then they would be reducing the amount of xbox's they would sell, as people unable to connect to the internet are not going to bother buying a console which they will be unable to play.
After this weekend's xbox live issues, resulting in gamers being unable to sign into xbox live, it puts alot of question over this "always on, always connected" feature. Of course, if you are going to buy a console that requires internet access you want to know that you're not going to be unable to play the console you've paid for simply because xbox live has gone down.
We shall have to wait until this xbox reveal on May 21st before we shall no more details.
