Unfortunately, Earl's Court is being torn down to make way for upmarket housing and a high street. This is a sad thing to happen, as Earls Court is a historic part of London. For more information on the campaign against the plans, please see SaveEarlsCourt who have been campaigning since the plans were announced - even making appearances outside the last 2 Eurogamer Expos.
Due to this (and possibly also due to size requirements), the decision was made that Eurogamer 2015 would instead be held at Birmingham's NEC. This larger venue holds alot of promise, as more space could result in more games, less crowding and more admittance.
EGX 2015 will be on the last weekend of September, as usual, and tickets have gone on sale at the end of February. Already at time of posting, early entry tickets have already sold out but it looks like there are still lots more tickets available for the 4 day event.
No games have been announced yet, but they should follow soon. Alot of the games from this years E3 will undoubtedly be there as well as the yearly returners such as Call Of Duty, and maybe even Halo. Of course, nothing is official until it is announced on the EGX website in the "What's On" section.
A section will be dedicated to the announcements and news for the event as of now, so please be sure to check it out.
